HOW TO KNOW WHEN YOU ARE DEPRESSED.

The following questions may help you to identify depression symptoms, evaluate your own feelings and seek help if you need it.
No 1. Have you been feeling sad, hopeless and discouraged?for more than seven days now ?.
No2 Do you have trouble in sleeping easily?.
No3Have your eating habits recently changed drastically?.
NO4 Have you experienced an unusual loss of sexual interest /or pleasure?.
No5 Do you have frequent thoughts of taking your life?.
No6 Are you easily annoyed, or extremely discouraged?.
As you read through this list,you probably easily can identify one or several symptoms that are current in your life.This does not necessarily mean that you are depressed or that you seriously need help. The important thing is in no one,have you felt this way for more than one week?. If this is true of you and several items also, then you need help.
